- Purpose: The biometric data collected is used exclusively for verifying employee attendance and maintaining accurate records.
- Access: Access to biometric data is restricted to authorized personnel only, ensuring that your information is used responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
- Location Services
- Our app collects location data to provide location-based services, even when the app is closed or not in use. We use your location data to provide accurate location-based services such as maps, navigation, and location tracking
- We will only collect your location data with your explicit consent. You will be prompted to grant permission for location access when you first use the app’s location-based features in the TD-ERP App. You can turn off your location access permissions at any time through your device’s settings.

- Retention Period: Biometric data is retained for the duration of the employee’s tenure and will be deleted upon termination of employment or when no longer necessary.
