  • Personal & Employment Data: Employee ID, name, contact details, department, designation, shift schedules, and employment history. 
  • Biometric Data: Fingerprint and facial recognition data for secure attendance tracking. 
  • Geo-Location Data: Location data for project geo-fencing, gate management, attendance verification, and related features. 
  • Payroll & Financial Data: Salary, allowances, deductions, loans, and other compensation-related details. 
  • Project & Task Data: Information about projects, assignments, roles, and tasks for workforce management. 
  • Device & Usage Data: Technical data such as IP address, device type, language preference, and activity logs for security and auditing purposes. 

Purpose of Data Collection 

We collect and use this data to: 

  • Manage employee records and HR processes. 
  • Track attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave. 
  • Support payroll calculations and loan management. 
  • Enable geo-fencing, gate access, and attendance regularization. 
  • Deliver project and task management functionality. 
  • Provide self-service modules, notifications, and multi-language support. 
  • Enhance security and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive areas or data. 

We will never use your data for purposes beyond those stated without your consent. 

Location Services 

Our mobile application may collect your location data (even when closed or not in use) to: 

  • Verify attendance and geo-fencing compliance. 
  • Manage gate entries and location-based attendance. 
  • Provide accurate location-based services such as maps, navigation, and project location tracking. 

You will be asked to grant permission for location access when using location-based features. Location access can be disabled anytime in your device settings. 

Employee Loans 

  • Eligibility: Only for TDC Employees.
  • Repayment: As per KSA Labor law. 
  • Agreement: No formal loan agreement is required, as this is an internal company benefit managed through payroll deductions. 
  • Data Handling: Information related to loan requests (such as amount, repayment status, and payroll deductions) is stored securely, accessible only to authorized HR/payroll personnel, and used solely for processing and tracking the employee loan. 

Data Storage 

  • Encryption & Access Control: All sensitive and biometric data is encrypted and accessible only to authorized personnel. 
  • Retention Period: Data is retained only as long as necessary for employment and legal compliance. Biometric data is deleted upon termination or at your request if legally permissible. 
  • Data Integrity: We employ regular security audits, firewalls, and intrusion detection to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. 

Data Sharing 

  • We do not sell or share personal or biometric data with third parties for marketing purposes. 
  • All sharing complies with applicable data protection regulations. 

Your Rights 

You have the right to: 

  • Access & Correction: View and correct your personal information. 
  • Account Deletion/Deactivation: Request deletion or deactivation of your account when it’s no longer required.
