- The project involved Design, Bid, and Build services for completing the partially executed design and construction works of new facilities at Al Baha Airport. It included validation and ownership of the existing designs, ensuring compliance with the Master Plan, GACA regulations, ICAO standards, and all applicable international and local codes.
- The works covered the Passenger Terminal Building, ARFF Building and firefighting water tank, mosque and parking areas, airside gate, water station, terminal parking, hardscape and landscape works, old sewage treatment plant upgrade, apron expansion, and GSE and vehicle parking facilities.
